The flexible shading system
Butterfly Awnings offer independent shading solutions for areas lacking walls for conventional awning installation. The maximum dimensions for installation are 600×600 cm. These awnings feature a freestanding shade structure that can be conveniently retracted using either a manual winder or a motorized system. A central rolling tube facilitates simultaneous opening of both sides of the butterfly awning. Customization options are available, allowing sizes to range from a maximum of 600 x 600 cm to a smaller 400 x 300 cm. Additionally, motorized operation can be equipped with Somfy motors.
Wind sensors and mobile control options are available as well. Furthermore, the awning can be tailored to various powder coating colors and alternative canopy hues. Logo branding can also be incorporated through printing on the main canopy or the flap. The butterfly awning can be installed in a free-standing configuration or with a ground mounting solution.

The maximum size is 600x600cm with 300cm arms on each side.
The Awning can be installed with a cross base with concrete tiles, ground socket and mounting plate installation. Alternatively a moveable base can be installed allowing the position of the butterfly awning to be moved when in use.
There are two options for opening and closing the awning. Manual winder or Motor options. The motor option can be controlled via remote control and additional wind sensor
Each side of the awning opens and closes at the same time. It is not possible with this system to open just one side of the Butterfly awning by itself.
